AOC’s 360Hz Monitor with G-Sync Pulsar Just Dropped

AOC has released the Agon Pro AG276QSG2, a 27-inch gaming monitor built for competitive players. Announced in early January 2026 and showcased around CES, this model stands out as one of the first to feature NVIDIA’s new G-Sync Pulsar technology. It combines a high refresh rate with advanced motion handling for clearer visuals during fast action.

Key Display Features

The monitor uses a Fast IPS panel with QHD resolution (2560×1440). This size and resolution balance sharpness and speed, making it suitable for esports titles that run at high frame rates.

  • Refresh rate: 360Hz for smooth image updates.
  • Response time: 1ms GtG (gray-to-gray), with even lower in certain modes.
  • Sync technology: NVIDIA G-Sync Pulsar, which applies variable backlight strobing synced to the frame rate. This delivers up to four times better perceived motion clarity while keeping variable refresh rate active—no need to choose between blur reduction and tear-free play.
  • Brightness: Peaks at 500 nits in HDR mode.
  • Color support: HDR10, with 100% sRGB and 90% DCI-P3 coverage. Factory calibration keeps Delta E below 2 on average.
  • Additional tech: Built-in ambient light sensor for auto-adjusting brightness and color temperature.

G-Sync Pulsar helps make fast-moving objects appear sharper, similar to what higher refresh rates offer, but on a 360Hz base.

Design and Usability

AOC focused on esports needs with this model. The stand allows full adjustments: height up to 130mm, tilt, swivel, and pivot. It includes RGB lighting on the back for setup customization, plus two 2W speakers and a headphone hook.

Connectivity covers most setups:

  • Two HDMI 2.0 ports
  • One DisplayPort 1.4
  • USB hub (three ports)
  • Audio jack

These options support PC and console use without issues.

Pricing and Availability

The monitor carries an MSRP of around $599.99 in global markets (listings appear on Amazon). Some regions show slight variations, such as £559 in the UK or higher in Europe. Availability started in January 2026, with wider rollout expected through February.

AOC positions the AG276QSG2 for serious competitive gaming, where every frame and clear motion counts. It joins other early G-Sync Pulsar models as display tech moves forward for high-speed play.
