OnePlus 15s Reportedly Shelved, Nord 6 Faces Delay

Recent leaks point to shifts in OnePlus’s upcoming lineup, with the OnePlus 15s facing a high likelihood of cancellation and the OnePlus Nord 6 seeing a postponement.

Tech tipster Yogesh Brar shared on X that there’s about a 90% chance the OnePlus 15s has been dropped. Earlier reports had the phone in testing and aimed for a February launch in India, but plans appear to have changed with no new timeline provided.

The OnePlus 15s was expected to serve as a tweaked or rebranded version of the upcoming OnePlus 15T for markets outside China. The 15T remains on track for a China debut in the coming months as a compact flagship.

Key Details on the OnePlus 15T

  • Processor: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus Nord 6 — anticipated as a rebranded or adjusted version of the recently launched OnePlus Turbo 6 in China — has also been delayed, according to the same source. No updated release window was mentioned.

The Turbo 6 brings a large 9,000mAh battery with 80W wired charging, a 6.78-inch flat OLED display (FHD+ resolution, up to 165Hz refresh), Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, and a dual rear camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor.

These updates follow OnePlus’s pattern of regional variations, such as last year’s OnePlus 13T in China becoming the 13s in India.

The news has sparked discussion among followers, with some expressing disappointment over missing a compact flagship option.

Note: These details come from leaks and tipsters, so they remain unconfirmed by OnePlus. The company has not made any official statements on these changes.
