Xiaomi has started pushing the February 2026 security patch to a range of devices running HyperOS. This update focuses on fixing security issues listed in the Android Security Bulletin. It brings no major new features, but it helps keep phones and tablets protected with the latest patches. The rollout covers both newer models on HyperOS 3 (based on Android 16) and older ones on HyperOS 2 (based on Android 14 or 15).
The patch is a routine maintenance release. No critical zero-day flaws were addressed this time. It improves system stability and closes known gaps. Rollout happens in stages, so availability depends on your region, model variant, and carrier. Check for it in Settings > About phone (or My device) > tap the HyperOS logo to see if it’s ready.
