LG has launched a new way for UK customers to get their hands on premium OLED televisions without paying the full price upfront.
The company now offers a subscription service called LG Flex, run in partnership with Raylo. This lets people rent high-end LG TVs through monthly payments, with no large initial cost.
How LG Flex Works
Customers pick an LG product on the official website, choose Raylo at checkout, and select a payment plan. Options include a rolling monthly contract that can be canceled anytime or fixed terms of 12, 24, or 36 months. Longer fixed plans come with lower monthly rates.
At the end of the term, users can return the TV, keep paying to continue, or apply for an upgrade to a newer model, depending on eligibility.
The service covers delivery straight to your living room. It acts like a lease, so you do not own the TV at the end unless you choose a different path.
Available Models and Pricing
The program includes 2025 LG OLED models such as the G5, C5, and B5 series. Some QNED Mini-LED TVs, UltraGear OLED monitors, and soundbars are also part of the lineup.
Monthly costs start as low as £15 and go up to around £120, based on the model, size, and plan length.
For example:
- A 65-inch G5 OLED runs about £61.90 per month on a 36-month plan.
- An 83-inch C5 OLED costs around £123.90 per month.
- Larger sets, like a 96-inch QNED Mini-LED with wireless features, come in at roughly £78.35 per month on longer terms.

Rolling monthly plans have higher rates but offer more flexibility with no long lock-in.
Why Choose Subscription Over Buying?
Many premium LG OLED TVs cost thousands of pounds outright. For instance, a 65-inch G5 retails for about £1,999. Traditional payment plans can add interest, pushing the total higher.
The Flex option spreads the cost and allows access to the newest technology without commitment. It suits those who like upgrading often or prefer predictable monthly bills.
Christina Sangmi Lee from LG UK said the partnership with Raylo provides a straightforward way for more people to enjoy top-tier screens. Raylo’s CEO noted that brands are shifting toward subscription models to better serve customers.
This service is currently available only in the UK through lg.com/uk and powered by Raylo.
