Vivo has pushed out the Android 16 update to a range of its phones and iQOO models. The rollout started back in early November 2025 and has covered many devices by January 2026. It arrives with OriginOS 6 on top, which adds fresh software touches and system changes.
The update reaches phones in stages. Some users might wait days or weeks even if their model is listed, depending on the batch process.
Here are the Vivo and iQOO devices confirmed to have received Android 16 so far.

High-end models from the X series and foldables got the update first. Mid-range options in the V and T lines followed as the rollout moved forward.
Vivo plans to cover more devices still waiting in the first half of 2026. Check your phone’s settings for the update if it’s on the list.
